Is this your drain?
Recurring clogs are rarely bad luck. They're the sign of a pipe that was cleared, but never cleaned.
The same drain backs up again weeks after it was snaked.
More than one fixture gurgles or drains slowly at once.
A sewage smell from floor drains or the yard cleanout.
The tub backs up when the washing machine drains.
A past camera inspection found roots in the line.
The house is 30+ years old and the main line has never been deep-cleaned.

Snaking treats the clog.Jetting treats the buildup.
Both get the water moving. Only one of them takes the buildup off the pipe wall.
Drain snake
- Cuts an opening through the blockage so water moves again.
- The grease and sludge on the pipe wall stay where they are.
- On a line with heavy buildup, the same clog tends to come back.
Still the right call for a simple, single-fixture clog, and we'll tell you when it is.
For heavy buildup, when the pipe allows
Hydro jetting
- High-pressure water scrubs the inside wall of the line, not just the channel through the middle.
- Takes out heavy grease, sludge, and buildup, and certain root intrusion, from accessible lines.
- Recommended only after we look at the line, never from the symptom alone.
- We explain what we found and provide an estimate before approved work begins.

Before we jet, we look at the line.
Jetting is not the right answer for every pipe. Here is how a visit runs.
Assess the line
We assess the accessible plumbing and consider the piping condition, the type of blockage, and the access before recommending jetting at all. Specialized diagnostic equipment is scheduled when needed.
Findings and estimate
We explain our findings and provide an estimate before any approved work begins. If additional work is discovered, it will be explained and approved before proceeding.
Jet the line
When the condition allows, we jet from an accessible cleanout, scrubbing heavy grease, sludge, and buildup off the pipe wall. When we are done, we explain what we found in the line.
What hydro jetting clears.
High-pressure water reaches the buildup a cable machine leaves on the pipe wall.
Grease & soap buildup
The slow strangler of kitchen lines. Jetting scrubs it off the pipe wall.
Tree roots
Fine root intrusion in an accessible sewer main, cut back and flushed downstream when the pipe condition allows.
Scale & mineral deposits
The rough crust inside cast iron and galvanized pipe that catches debris.
Sludge, sand & wipes
Years of main-line accumulation, flushed out instead of pushed further down the line.
What jetting can't fix
A collapsed or badly broken pipe. Jetting will not repair structural damage, and on a line in that condition it is not the right call. If a sewer camera inspection is the appropriate next step, we explain what we find and go through repair options with you.
What does hydro jetting cost in Los Angeles?
Pricing depends on the plumbing condition, accessibility, materials, and actual scope of work. We assess the issue, explain our findings, and provide an estimate before any approved work begins. If additional work is discovered, it will be explained and approved before proceeding.

“If you have plumbing issues and need it done quick, this is the guy for you! He arrived the same day and fixed all my drains! We had a few clogs and a leak which were all fixed in an hour or so. I'd give 10/5 stars if I could!”
“Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber… took a video of the pipe.”
“Called at 8:45am… paying for the resolved issue by 10:30am.”

Straight answers before you decide. For anything else, just give us a ring.
Is hydro jetting safe for older pipes?
Not always, and that is why we look at the line before we recommend it. If the piping is fragile, badly cracked, sagging, or broken, jetting is not the right call. We explain what we found and recommend an appropriate repair instead.
How is hydro jetting different from snaking?
A cable machine cuts an opening through the blockage so water moves again. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scrub the inside wall of the line, so it takes out the grease and sludge a cable leaves behind. Which one we recommend depends on the fixture, the blockage, and the condition of the pipe.
How long does hydro jetting take?
It depends on the length of the line, where the cleanout sits, and how much buildup there is. Most residential lines are a few hours. We provide a scheduled arrival window and communicate if the schedule changes.
Do I get a price before you start?
We assess the issue, explain our findings, and provide an estimate before any approved work begins. Pricing depends on the plumbing condition, accessibility, materials, and actual scope of work. If additional work is discovered, it will be explained and approved before proceeding.
Will hydro jetting remove tree roots?
It can clear certain root intrusion from an accessible line when the pipe condition allows. If roots have damaged the pipe itself, jetting is not the fix. In that case we explain what we found and go through repair options with you.
How often should a line be jetted?
There is no set schedule. Heavy-use kitchen lines and older mains build up faster than others. We recommend based on what we find in your line and the condition of the piping, not a standard interval.
