Who we are

What we collect

We collect what you type into the service request form: your name, your phone number, the property address or ZIP code where the work is needed, a description of the issue, and, if you choose to add them, your email address and up to two photos.

We ask for the property address because a plumbing estimate depends on the building. Nothing on this form is required beyond those fields, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.

What we do with it

A submitted request is sent to our office as an email so we can contact you about the work. We use it to answer your request, schedule a visit, and provide an estimate. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people below.

Submitting this request does not confirm an appointment. Our office will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by Vercel, which records ordinary server request logs. The request form is delivered by Resend, an email service, which processes the contents of your request in order to send it to our office. Any photos you attach travel with that email. We do not store your request or your photos on this website.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Ads conversion measurement. It tells us that an advertisement led to a phone call or a request, not who you are. Google sets cookies in your browser to do this, and Google's use of that data is covered by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and the site works normally without them.

How long we keep it

Your request stays in our office email while we are working with you and for as long as we keep a record of the job. If you would like us to delete it, ask us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under state law. Call (310) 866-7715 or email service@plumbingmrpipe.com and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This website is for people arranging plumbing work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
