I had very innocently ordered a toilet from Walmart. What a mistake. When It arrived, I called Mr. PIpe and his team came out, opened the box, and discovered it was broken. They arranged to pick it up from Home Depot for me when I reordered it their (I will never use Walmart again). And that’s exactly what they did. They installed the new toilet and a new shower head for me and I’m extremely pleased with their professional attention to all my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. They have extensive hours, they are honest, and some very nice people.

Zlatko responded to my call quickly and came the next day to fix my toilet. Needing a plumber can be a pain and I’m always afraid of getting ripped off but he made it all easy. Super nice and explained the problem and how he fixed it. I also appreciated that he wore plastic covers on his shoes and cleaned up afterwards. Hoping I don’t need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do will definitely call them again.

Javier!! He was curteous, tidy, and communicated, well. My old building and old shower, boy oh boy. Constant issues. He had to work around an extra issue, but, a professional, and worked through it. Yay. The faucet switch to shower broke, an easy fix... But leak has been wasting water for years. Part broke due to calcium/hard water build up...while he tried to replace valve. I called Mr. Pipe as the water kept running in my toilet. Zlatko gave me an estimate to repair either the flapper or valve. In less than one-half hour, Javier came to my condo. He was very professional and replaced the handle and flapper. Zlatko kept the price as quoted to replace just one part and refused to increase the price. That is integrity. My problem was solved in just one-half hour for a very reasonable price. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, call Mr. Pipe.
